We loved working with Hannah! I am a single parent with a 6 month old, and was struggling to get enough sleep to function at all. I knew I needed to do some sleep training but felt very lost with all of the information and choices, especially with all of the commentary online and on social media. Hannah laid out a very clear and thorough plan after talking to me and getting all of the details about my kid; she made sure I was comfortable with everything and that it fit with our schedule and situation. She was super responsive throughout the whole process and was very supportive and kind. Because Hannah has a background in early childhood research and data, I trusted her even more to know what was best for me and my child. She was very direct and clear, and helped me stay the course. My daughter had a very hard time going to sleep independently and if she woke up in the middle of the night, it would take hours to put her back to sleep! After working with Hannah, we followed through on her sleep plan and my daughter’s sleep has drastically improved! She’s finally sleeping independently and through the night! Hannah was very helpful with helping us sleep train our daughter! The initial phone call with her was great and the follow-ups were a good resource when questions or issues came up during the process. We had done a lot of research on our own about sleep and sleep training, but there were a couple of big questions we had and some nervousness before we felt comfortable to start. Having someone you can talk to that has a lot of experience gave us the confidence and knowledge to feel ready to tackle it. It was so much less daunting having her with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Hannah and her services to anyone that thinks they might need it! That first night of uninterrupted sleep was worth every investment!
